The demineralizer RO 2500 EL is designed to produce de-ionized water with a very high level of purity for technical uses. The costs of producing the de-ionized water are reduced by up to 50% compared to the normal resin de-ionizers, thanks to the use of reverse osmosis membranes with a high saline rejection, with an over-pressure pump (operating pressure 14-16 bar). All the equipment is mounted on stainless steel (INOX) frames. The water obtained is considered to be of excellent quality, not only with regard to salinity but also with regard to the organic aspect (average elimination 97/98%).
RO 2500 EL is commanded by an electronic panel built with PLC technology interfacing with the PC, capable of directly piloting all the functions of the apparatus: over-pressure pump, solenoid valve, alarm and machine stopping for minimum mains pressure, on-line detection of of the conductivity of the water produced, water quality alarm, possibility of manual functioning or else control of the level in the collecting reservoir by means of 2 floats (minimum and maximum level),o r, lastly, dosing by volume.
All the functions of the PLC control panel are
protected at inlets and outlets.
The working conditions (flows, pressures) are easily monitored thanks to
the three (3) flowmeters (feed water, permeated fluid, recirculation) and two
(2) manometers in glycerine baths (mains pressure and working pressure).
Finally, RO 2500 EL can be adapted to the user’s purity requirements , since there are 3 versions with different degrees of purity in addition to the possibility of regulating the conductivity of the effluent water at will.
