The Demineralizers RO 60 is designed to produce deionized water of high purity for technical uses. Production costs are reduced deionized water up to 50% below normal in deionized resin, through the use of reverse osmosis modules to high-quality high salt rejection (14-16 bar operating pressure). All appliances are mounted on stainless steel frame and panels may be required. The water produced can be considered of high quality not just from the salt but also from an organic (average 97/98%). 

RO 60 can adapt to the demands of purity of the user, with 3 versions with different degrees of purity and the ability to adjust at will the conductivity of the output. 

RO 60 is operated by an electronic container made of IP 65, with PLC technology interfaced with the PC is the sequence for the operational phases of the self, and is able to fly directly all functions: management pump and overpressure valve, alarm and stop the machine for minimum pressure in the network, on-line detection of conductivity water produced by the interface with a conductivimeter a reading operation and a digital reading on line, alarm water quality, possibility of manual operation or management level in tank with 2 sensors (minimum and maximum level), or a dose volume (optional).
 
A visual signal shows the different types of alarms: water quality resulting in the need for exchange resins (in demi and demi 2 versions ) or depletion of membranes (as base version); need replacement cartridge pre-filter sediment or post-filter 0, 2 microns if present.

OPTIONALS 

1 - Function liters meters, managed directly by the PLC, to achieve precision fills. The external signal is provided by a counter lanciaimpulsi Teflon, starting the machine is in manual. The setting of the volume is easily adjustable with or without a PC.
2 - Storage tank in PE HD internal or external, with anti-dust system, whose water level is regulated by N ° 2 magnetic sensors, a maximum of (block) and a minimum (restarts production). third sensor can be installed to indicate a level below the minimum due to it being accidental implantation.
