The RO 160 EL demineralizer is designed to produce de-ionized water with a high level of purity for technical uses. The costs of production are reduced by up to 50% compared to the normal resin de-ionizers, thanks to the use of inverse osmosis modules with high saline rejection ,and with an over-pressure pump (operating at a pressure of 14-16 bar). All the items of equipment are mounted on stainless steel (INOX) frames and these may be panelled on request. The water obtained is to be considered as of excellent quality, not only with regard to salinity but also with regard to the organic aspect (average elimination 97/98%).

The RO 160 EL model is commanded by an electronic panel designed and built with PLC technology and able to interface with the PC, able to directly pilotall the functions of the apparatus; over-pressure pump, solenoid valve, pompa di sovrappressione, elettrovalvola, motor blocking alarm for minimum mains pressure, on-line detection of conductivity of the water produced, water quality alarm, possibility of manual functioning or else level controls in the collecting vessel by 2 floats (minimum and maximum levels), or, lastly, dosing by volume .

RO 160 EL can furthermore be adapted to the user’s purity requirements, thanks to the 3 versions with varying degrees of purity with the possibility of adjusting and regulating the conductivity of the effluent water as desired.

The electrical control panel is made with IP 65 containers, is completely managed by the PLC interfacing with the PC, both with regard to programming and to auto-diagnosis of the operative stages. In addition there is a conductivity meter with digital reading and functioning, for on-line reading of the quality of the water produced

A visible signal shows the alarm for the quality of the water and consequently the need to change the resins (in the demi and dem i 2 versions) or that the membrane is exhausted (in the basic version).
