OSMO
LAB UWF ULTRASONIC WASHING EQUIPEMENT |

HIGH TECHNOLOGY AND AUTOMATION. OSMO LAB UWF has been designed to resolve problems related to demineralized water coming from the rinsing stages used by ultrasonic washing installations.

This equipment is dotated with 2 independent lines, one to produce demineralized water from acqueduct water using RO MP EL technology with 30-35 l/hour load with automatic first filling up and refilling of the basins; the other line to treat recirculating water coming from the rinsing basins. OSMO LAB UWF is capable of erogating demineralized water from both lines with a high level of purity, both on the salinity aspect (specific electric conducibility up to 0,2 microS/cm) as well as on the organic aspect. Therefore, it guarantees the total absence of marks on the surfaces after drying, whether cold or hot. OSMO LAB UWF
can be adapted to any specific requirement, optimizing loads and diameter of input and recirculation pipings. OSMO LAB UWF is mounted on a stainless steel frame AISI 304, partially paneled and assembled according to the safety measures adopted by the European Community Council. |

PLC interfacing with the PC, both for programming and for auto-diagnosing of the operative stages.

The demineralized water produced from the rinsing basins is moved by a pump and fed under pressure to an extruded polypropylene filter then on a special membrane where eventual tensioactive still remaining are removed together with part of salinity coming from the use of industrial detergents. A small part of concentrate is sent to the drain (1 1,5 l/hr in normal operating conditions) while the permeate, first refinished on a ionic reverse resin bed returns to the basins.
